There's a poster I found in HMV and it's the Dalai Lama's zen lessons, living one day at a time. There's  list going through the alphabet, for example A is avoid negative situations and B is Believe in your self. I keep meaning to buy it so I can put it on my wall to remind myself each day of the motivational quotes, and that's what I'd like to talk about today, motivation. It's coming up to exams right and instead of being able to come in, make yourself a cuppa and watch jezza Kyle for a bit you have to come in and learn about metallic structures or time-distance graphs . It's hard to keep going, I know as soon as you start reading about them you imminently want to run into bed and hide under the covers forever. And as much as you want to it's not going to happen because you know that phythagerous is waiting for you. Instead of focusing on now, think to the future when you're getting your results, would you rather the reflected hard work, or the fact you choose Jeremy over of mice and men. It's your choice at the end of the day but the hard workers get the best in life and you know that you don't want to be the one with the bad results because you didn't try your best and perform to the best of your capability. Next time you want to do something but you know inside that you need to revise, think about what you would prefer in the future. Jeremy isn't going to go anywhere there will always be people with DNA tests that need doing so instead get to work.
